In recognition of their cooperative approach and support for municipal shelters and with great honor and appreciation for their commendable and dedicated service to humane animal welfare in the state of Utah the Utah Animal Control Officers Association recognized C.A.W.S. as rescue of the year 2022. The award was presented at the 2023 Conference & Awards Banquet.
